The new building will serve as the main office for the practice providing immigration law services to South Lake County, Central Florida, and abroad. Bridgette’s ability to navigate and master such a sensitive legal issues have heavily influenced the design. The new Bennett Law Center will be a place of recovery, growth, and triumph for those individuals facing these legal challenges.

Sunset over Lake David

Forefront worked with Bridgette and her team to find a location to build a new office space. The importance of an old-town feel with close proximity to clients was the catalyst to breaking the mold of the typical urban law office. After searching many sites with views of Lake David, the ideal location for the new office was the existing location of the current office. With convenient road access and waterfront property, this location was ideal but had limited parking and building space. The team at Forefront developed a 3-story concept that provided parking underneath the 2nd story of the office. The original building will be removed for the new 8,000 square-foot Bennett Law Center.

The Client Experience: From the Ground Up

Due to sensitive litigation issues, the client experience during office visits needed to be comfortable and inviting. The 3-story lobby was designed to welcome guests and guide them up to the second level while also serving as an office event space. The third level has several private offices and a large conference room that doubles as practice court or “mock-trial” space to empower clients to attend court hearings with confidence and comfort.
