Project Highlight: Bennet Law Center

February is Black History Month!

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. During this celebration, we wanted to feature a very special project for the Groveland area that has just reached a new milestone. The construction for the new Bennett Law Center located at Groveland, FL is in full swing.

Forefront Architecture and Engineering worked to provide a full-service design-build for the new Bridgette Bennett Law Center. This project included structural engineering, architecture, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing through the partnership with Ingenuity Engineers Inc. from Orlando, Florida.

Forefront is also providing Interior Design and Construction Administration services for this 8,000 square-foot building. Carefully designed office spaces, break areas, and multi-use conference rooms make up most of the floor plan for this project, which is also going to include a coffee shop open to the public and a patio specially designed to integrate the building with the fantastic lake view.
